Why you should watch the NRL

Gordon all these NRL stars are so popular. Billy Slater known for the best fullback, Hazem Ei Masri the best goal kicker, Greg Inglis so good at fending and is really strong last but not least Kevin Gordon the fastest person in NRL. All these people were born to be stars. Don't you want to watch these people on tv. You can see what they can do. I am going to show you one of the stars. Your head will go crazy after seeing this video. This video is only the beggining!

   Do you watch tv at home? Don't you just want to watch somthing exiting. NRL is the answer. You know when you watch NRL it's really interesting and fun. You choose the team that you like the best and see what they can do. NRL is like the best entertainment I have ever seen. For example NRL and rugby, they are both unique sports rugby tackles and make rucks and leauge tackle straight away untill the referee says HELD! IN league the have forty twentys, 8 point try, and much more things. This is why I love the NRL.

Players. All the players in NRL for example Greg Inglis and Matthew Bowen are great stars. Greg Inglis plays number 1, 3, 4 and use to play wing which is number 5 or 2. Inglis was born in 1983 and is 25 years old now. Matthew Bowen plays number 1 which is fullback. He is 30 years old and was born in 1982. Here are two videos of their highlights.

Why I love rugby!

Are you board of sitting on a couch watching t.v thinking you need something fun in your life. Well there is only one answer. This answer is a sport. Rugby! This is your chance to prove yourself your not lazy at all. Don't you watch rugby. All those rugby and nrl stars wanted to do something fun. They tryed rugby and loved it. They got picked for teams and thats their dream acomplished. Simple as that! My name is Jaydon and I am going to pursuade you why I love rugby and why you should play it.


I f you look at this picture you could be the new him.The new Daniel carter. I mean look at him,obviously he is a good kicker. I love rugby because its really fun and or sorts of positions.I think you should play rugby because you never know you might be good at it. All the fun skills you learn like steping,sprinting, kicking and much more.

I want you to try rugby trust me you would love it. There are only a few skills you would need to learn before plaing rugby but those skills are really basic. I think you should play rugby because you never know you could be good at it. So get a ball anjd get outside and tyr it. Its your time to shine!

World of colours

Looking for a really fun place to go in the holidays?  Well i know where to go. Go to Disneyland in Los Angeles (L.A) - the best place in the world.When your kids see Disneyland their heads will explode when they see all the amazing rides. Come now and explore the magic.

Guess what?! Disneyland has two theme parks. One park is Disneyland and the other is called California Adventure park. California park is not as big as Disneyland but still is pretty huge! There are a lot of really fun rides. I've been to Disneyland and saw all the disney characters,Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, Pinnochio, Minnie Mouse and Chip and Dale. They all walk around the theme park, taking pictures with everyone. In the late afternoon all the disney characters do a huge parade through the theme park. It was musical, colourful and magical. Disneyland is so big and amazing its like your in a another world - 'World of Colours'.  In Disneyland there is so much to do you'll need a whole week or even more to get the full magical experience. My new favourite snack is Churros (Spanish dessert)..sold everywhere at Disneyland. Yum! 

Disneyland is GIGANTIC! Its practically another city. So many themed areas, to name a few - Never never land, where you get to ride on Captain Hooks ship around a small island. Pirates of the Carribean is an underground dark boat ride passing through movie characters and scenes like you're actually in the movie. Tomorrow land - the future! Here you'll find aliens, buzz lightyear, electric trains and spaceship rides. There was a section for princess lovers, where you can dress up and actually meet Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and more. Its like a dream come true. You'll never get bored and will always want to go back for more!

Let me tell you some facts about Disneyland.Disneyland first opened on the 17th of July 1955.Over 600 million guests have past through the gates of Disneyland since opening day,including seven U.S. presidents.Last but not least from groundbreaking to opening day,Disneyland was built in just 365 days.

We stayed at a hotel called Knotts berry farm .Its got its own swimming pool, scrumptious restaurant, water park across the road, its own little village and of course the Theme park the Hotel is named after - and the first theme park ever built!  It was a fantastic holiday, so much to do, so much to see but in so little time.

The last of our Chalk Portraits

After all the rain and all the other excitement in Room 13 we finally got the rest of our chalk portraits done.  Our display is going to look awesome when they're all up.  Make sure you come into the classroom to have a look :D.
