Looking for a really fun place to go in the holidays? Well i know where to go. Go to Disneyland in Los Angeles (L.A) - the best place in the world.When your kids see Disneyland their heads will explode when they see all the amazing rides. Come now and explore the magic.
Guess what?! Disneyland has two theme parks. One park is Disneyland and the other is called California Adventure park. California park is not as big as Disneyland but still is pretty huge! There are a lot of really fun rides. I've been to Disneyland and saw all the disney characters,Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, Pinnochio, Minnie Mouse and Chip and Dale. They all walk around the theme park, taking pictures with everyone. In the late afternoon all the disney characters do a huge parade through the theme park. It was musical, colourful and magical. Disneyland is so big and amazing its like your in a another world - 'World of Colours'. In Disneyland there is so much to do you'll need a whole week or even more to get the full magical experience. My new favourite snack is Churros (Spanish dessert)..sold everywhere at Disneyland. Yum!
Disneyland is GIGANTIC! Its practically another city. So many themed areas, to name a few - Never never land, where you get to ride on Captain Hooks ship around a small island. Pirates of the Carribean is an underground dark boat ride passing through movie characters and scenes like you're actually in the movie. Tomorrow land - the future! Here you'll find aliens, buzz lightyear, electric trains and spaceship rides. There was a section for princess lovers, where you can dress up and actually meet Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and more. Its like a dream come true. You'll never get bored and will always want to go back for more!
Let me tell you some facts about Disneyland.Disneyland first opened on the 17th of July 1955.Over 600 million guests have past through the gates of Disneyland since opening day,including seven U.S. presidents.Last but not least from groundbreaking to opening day,Disneyland was built in just 365 days.
We stayed at a hotel called Knotts berry farm .Its got its own swimming pool, scrumptious restaurant, water park across the road, its own little village and of course the Theme park the Hotel is named after - and the first theme park ever built! It was a fantastic holiday, so much to do, so much to see but in so little time.

Jaydon I agree Disneyland is a magical place to go. I would really like to take both of my girls there. We are waiting until Lily (who is 2.5 years) to get a bit older and then we thought we'd be off! I am wondering who will enjoy the trip more....them or me! Who do you think......

I think you both will enjoy it A LOT equally. Im really excited to go back and experience more of LA, particularly the rides i missed at Disneyland and California Adventure Park. It was too big I couldn't get through ALL the rides. My mum loves it there she said she felt like a little kid again. She's just as excited as I am to go back.
DeleteHi Jaydon.I have been to disneyland to and I loved it lots!! I did not get to go on the big rollercoster because it was clousd for a resone.I went in 2011 october and the big CARS bit was been made.I want to go back and bring it all back!!!
